Community Work is the outreach program of Global BP, where we strive to make a difference in the lives of our community by letting the light of Christ shine through our actions. We began this outreach in February 2018, less than a year after BP Solutions started operating in Zimbabwe.
Triple S Centre for Hope Trust
This is a rural based organization catering for vulnerable children, with a special bias towards the girl child and those living with disabilities. Founded by a mother and her 2 daughters, the organization seeks to build an inclusive community with equal opportunities for all.
This Christian based organization, run by Pastors Lucy and Davis Mambure, supports mothers with children living with disabilities. The organization has membership in both urban and rural parts of Zimbabwe. The organization caters for close to 400 families scattered in different districts of Zimbabwe.
Nyararai Children’s Trust
This is an initiative of a local granny who took care of a malnourished orphaned toddler who was left in custody of a 9-year-old girl. The granny took the toddler in and eventually opened her house to many other children who were dumped by their parents. Currently the house has 15 boys and girls, some of whom are victims of sexual abuse.
The Pink Project
Created in 2014 to identify, support and facilitate the well-being of all cancer patients and their families through education, exercise, nutrition and ultimately to give them back the power taken away by the diagnosis situation. The founder is Debbie Jeans- a renowned Judoka in Zimbabwe.
Home Rebuild Petrina
Assisting our very own, Petrina, in rebuilding her house after it had been reduced to ashes by a vicious fire. We came together and demonstrated how we will “Grow Together”!
Rose Of Sharon Visit
As part of our Outreach Project, we periodically visit Rose Of Sharon Children’s home and help out in any way we can including donating food, cleaning and praying with the children.
